A superior quality, interior/exterior high performance 100% acrylic primer that is high hiding, quick dry, low odor, spatter proof, blister resistant; provides excellent flow and leveling and superior adhesion (is more forgiving over difficult substrates). Additionally, this product is effective in sealing and suppressing most bleedingtype stains. In cases of severe bleeding, a solvent-based primer should be used to prevent stains from reappearing. Fresh Start® 100% Acrylic Superior Primer is an excellent sealer and primer for use under new wall coverings and can also be used as a primer coat over existing wall coverings.
